iii. Aaron Lacey Webinar:

1. Dr. Lebrun reminded attendees about Aaron Lacy’s prior presentation and the knowledge he has to share about federal regulation. Aaron Lacy has an upcoming webinar that is tentatively scheduled on April 24th (pending availability). The session will likely be a two-hour webinar covering federal regulations affecting higher education and their impact on state funding. Dr. Lebrun urged everyone to think of topics they want addressed during the webinar.

2. Wilhite F. MSVCC Committee Reports/Strategic Plan Review Committees met separately starting at 10:32 and the April MeLA meeting resumed at 1:22. 1. Strategic Plan Review was postponed and will be reviewed in the May meeting. 2. Admin: P&P suggestion changes for pages 26 - 27 and pages 37-39 was not reviewed 3. Accessibility Ad-Hoc: Report of needs and recommendation of product adoption Jason Zuehlke (MDCC) began by reviewing the findings of the Ad-Hoc committee using the guidelines Dr. Lebrun laid out earlier. UDoIT was

recommended by the Ad Hoc committee: Tool Review: UDOIT vs. Yuja Panorama Technical Functionality Scores: • UDOIT (CidiLabs): 71.61% • Panorama (Yuja): 87.10% Cost Comparison: • UDOIT: Flat fee of $26,000 for all institutions. • Panorama: Tiered total (including PDF add-on): $163,000 . ITS Evaluation Model (60% Functionality, 40% Cost):

• UDOIT Composite Score: 82.97% • Panorama Composite Score: 58.64%

A motion to accept the recommendation by the Ad-Hoc committee was made by Jason Zuellke (MDCC) and Angel Nickens (NWCC) seconded it.
