H OW TO P RINT P IPELINE P APER T ESTS The Manage Test permission allows users to access the Paper Test option. Pipeline users will be able to print paper tests for any of the 127 Pipeline OQ covered task modules. For details on printer and scanner specifications, please access the Paper Test Specifications document found on the NCCER Support page.
1. Log in to the NCCER Testing System .
2. Select your Testing Location . 3. Select Paper Test.
4. Find the Test Title from the Pipeline Paper Test list on your screen and click the Generate PDF button to the right.
Tip: To filter the Test Title list, enter a keyword in the field on the right next to the magnifying glass, then click on the magnifying glass to initiate the filter.
5. Enter the Quantity of tests you would like to print, up to 10 .
Note : multiple print jobs can be queued; however, this will affect the speed in which the test packets are generated.
6. Click the Print button. The system will then begin creating your unique test booklets for printing
7. Your test(s) will now move to the Created Print Jobs section on your screen. The status will show 3 phases -
Q ueued , In Progress, and Completed . When the status shows Completed , your test(s) are ready to be printed. Note: to see the current print job status, you must Refresh your screen. You do not have to stay on the Paper Test page in order for your print jobs to generate.
