8 th ). Have D2L on Monday morning. We think that John Baker and he will be providing us breakfast. TurnItIn will be providing lunch, Jennifer and Buffy will be providing D2L training that afternoon. Tuesday e-instruction, learning objects (providing breakfast), star fish will be providing lunch. Would like to do a poll on what night we would like to do the DLC meeting. Please let us know. Will do that early (5-6 or 5-7). Wednesday morning will be working on Policies and Procedures Manual. The do have wireless internet in the rooms and conference area. Please do bring your own laptop so that we can work on some hands-on training. Jennifer asked that everyone log into D2L before the training. If you cannot remember your username/password or need a new account, please contact Jennifer. If you cannot please let us know and we can bring additional laptops for us. A form will be sent to all schools for bootcamp registration. 1. SELF REGISTRATION UPDATE. Jennifer said that we had a request last time to change the working to Begin Online Registration. That has been sent to Ive for the update. 2. ROLES UPDATE. Have an additional role request, which was provided in the handouts. This has been sent to the enrollment tool committee. They are in favor of the decision. Would like to delete the sentence about “additional information will be sent.” Only affects the students who use self registration. This is the confirmation page after the student request registration. Just need overall approval. Tish makes a motion to accept the change, Aundra Leverton sedonded the motion. Ive is working on the other roles “DLC Assistant Role” and Registration roles. Jennifer said that we had another question about the roles. DLC Assistance role everyone agreed to approve that as is. The faculty evaluator role, the ability to see surveys and reports. Do you know if those were approved. Ive’s not done anything to the evaluator role. Jennifer’s recommendation is that we add the survey and reporting tool roles to the Evaluator role, those that are on the left-hand side. Deans want to see that information, but don’t need to make any changes. Does anyone have a problem with adding those capabilities to that role? The Evaluator Role would allow them to see Survey Information and MSVCC Reporting modules. Does anyone have a problem leaving it as faculty evaluator and assigning it to the Deans. Audra made a motion to accept these changes and Chris Jenkings seconded the motion. MSVCC Reporting & Survey. Michelle asked that faculty see evaluations after grades are completed. 3. NEW REQUEST c. QUALITY – JENNIFER LEIMER. Mentioned in the last meeting that were looking at some evaluation tools. Have not done anything else with that at this point and is still in the option. Would like to get the quality committee together to discuss our options. d. SUPPORT – AUDRA LEVERTON. No updates i. PROCTOR INFORMATION – BUFFY MATTHEWS.
