I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 4:45p.m.

II. Approval of Agenda. The agenda was approved as presented.

Tish made the changes so that the Bb/Technical issues were at the beginning of the meeting. Keri made this motion at the last DLC. For the April meeting, if you have a trainer or an IT person that would like to attend a portion of the meeting, these issues will be discussed at the beginning of the meeting.

Audra Leverton made the motion to accept the agenda as presented; Jennifer Leimer seconded the motion. Motion carried.

III.

Approval of January 2010 Minutes. Tabled. Audra Leverton made motion to table the minutes; Jennifer Leimer seconded the motion. Motion carried.
