Christian would like for this group to come up with a mission statement and signed by the group. Christian would like to know if we would like to do this, when we would like to do this, etc. This is what we are seeing distance learning going and what we need in order to be successful. Christian believes that we need to be a separate campus. The mission statement would have to be presented to the Chair and Vice Chair of the Presidents Association. Phyllis will set up a wiki on our Blackboard site for us to add our thoughts about what are mission statement should look like. We will come together in February to create the mission statement. Mid-late May the proposal needs to be presented to the Presidents. b. Christian will send out a list of the contracts we have so that way we can eliminate any services that we are not using. X. Dates a. February 3—No Shows b. Feb. 22—ELC Meeting at State Office, Jackson c. February 24—Cut-off date for full-term online courses d. March 9—eAudit has to be signed by instructors e. March 30—Last day to withdraw for full-term online courses f. March 26—Have course offerings for Summer and Fall in ET g. April 3—Early Registration opens for Summer and Fall h. April 30—Grades due for Spring 2012 semester
