I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 10:04 a.m.

Approval of Agenda. Elizabeth Spooner made the motion to accept the agenda; Phyllis Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

III.

Approval of November Minutes. Keri Cole made the motion to accept the minutes with changes; Kimberly Ellis seconded the motion. Motion carried.

IV.

Unfinished Business a. Non-district students taking exams versus district students. Christian would like to revisit and create a standard proctor exam time window. Christian wants to send a survey to all proctoring center sites. He will compile the information and our group will need to revisit our proctor exam policies. The support committee will come up with a survey to send out.
