b. Chris Jenkins requested that when we register a student in ET, an e- mail would automatically be sent to the student with their Student Profile. Everyone loved this idea! c. Administrator Side of Student Profiles: Tish would like the Student Profile to show a history of every change that took place to the student’s schedule. Keri stated that there should be an enroll date for each course.

x. Implementation Timeline: First, everything has to be voted and approved upon by the Academic Deans and Presidents. Then, if Ive can program everything in time, the live production will be ready for Spring 2015. Registration would begin in November 2014 with the new Enrollment Tool. Testing would occur as each Module rolls out. xi. Motion to approve the “Recommendations from the ELCA Work Session” document with changes that were made to present to the Academic Officers. Motion made by Alicia Shows. Vanessa Alexander seconded. No discussion. Motion carried. a. Questions for Ive i. Audra asked if Snapshots run over the weekend. Ive stated that Snapshots do run over the weekend – he changed the coding in the past because it was needed. 1. Audra stated no one got error reports over the weekend. Elizabeth stated that Canvas told her they did not run on Canvas’ side. Phyllis stated that students from last Thursday are still not in Canvas. ii. Master List – the number of seats available/seats taken are not matching the rosters in the ET 1. Audra asked Ive about a ‘reset’ button to mass fix on the back end (this is not something that each Admin can do, but has to be done by Ive). iii. Grade Change in the new ET

MCCB Business

1. Alicia stated that Summer 2013 grades have to be included as part of the Enrollments for audit. Alicia needed immediate attention to this matter in order to access the change of grades in the ET for a previous semester. Alicia mentioned that some of the grades from the ET are blank or need to be changed (instructors who did not submit grades on time, or for incompletes/grades that need to be changed). This is going to be an issue for audit if the grading feature is not opened soon. 2. Registrars got an e-mail this week about not being able to download the MSVCC Enrollments file until every grade is in the ET. 3. Summer 2013 and Fall 2013 audit will be complete in the next few weeks Alicia stated. 4. Alicia stated that grades reported incorrectly would also affect the NSPARC Report Card. 5. Keri asked Ive if he could generate a report with all Incompletes and no grades submitted – then, colleges can check before audit. Ive said he would be able to generate this report. 6. Each college should look to see who has not submitted grades, or who has Incompletes. The grading window will need to open in ET. Ive stated that the process needs to be discussed at the State level before opening the grading window. 7. Keri stated that each college should tell our college personnel not to complete pre-audit just yet. Keri asked that an e-mail be send to everyone who handles
