a) Chris Ryals sent out a survey regarding recommendations for the Bootcamp Retreat, and how to save colleges’ money. Please fill out the survey before next Friday, April 21.

a) Denise Gillespie & Brandi McCraw – MILD Grant 2016 a. Brandi presented on the conference and proctor lab updates that ICC purchased with the MILD Grant. b) 2017 Retreat – Kim Harris a. Addressed above. b. The Retreat will be held September 20-22 c) Strategic Planning Committee Chairs & Members a. Buffy recommended that we create a Google Doc, to establish which committee members prefer. That way, people are not stuck on a committee that they do not want to be on. The Strategic Plan has a description of each committee and what each does. i. Deadline to say yes/no to which committee you would like to serve on – next Friday, April 21. d) May meeting budget cuts – Buffy a. Addressed above. e) Nominations for President Elect and Secretary are due to Tish Stewart by next Friday, April 21. We will vote at our May meeting.
