a. Previously, students had separate Workkeys accounts, but now access will be through Canvas with single sign-on. b. Students will need manually created Canvas accounts for this integration. c. Dr. Wilhite noted the limited demographic of students eligible for Workkeys. d. The team is currently considering the best workflow to route eligible students to Workkeys without granting access to other resources. 4. Contract Duration and Future Plans: a. The Workkeys integration is funded for one year, from August to July. b. The future of the integration post-July is uncertain. 5. Installation Preferences: a. Dr. Wilhite is willing to manage the LTI installation for institutions. b. Tequila expressed preference for Dr. Wilhite to handle the install. c. Members can choose to manage their installations if preferred.

d. Dr. Wilhite will share more information as it becomes available and manage installations as needed.

g. Quality and Support 1. Survey Review:

a. Jason Zuehlke has been reviewing the details of the latest surveys that were distributed. b. The initial review is focused on understanding the topics addressed in the surveys. 2. Next Steps: a. Jason will present the survey findings to the Quality committee. b. After the presentation, Jason will coordinate with on how the support committee can assist further based on the survey results.
